• We are located and ship from Raleigh, NC.
• All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days unless noted as a pre-order.
• We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.
• Once shipped, packages will deliver between 2-4 business days for U.S. orders.
• We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier.
• We do not manually input shipping addresses. They are exported from the information you provide to us at the time of purchase. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
• Once we ship the order, we are not responsible for lost packages. We are only able to see the same information that's provided to you from the courier.
• All Domestic are shipped via USPS or UPS. For domestic orders we charge a flat rate of $8 USD and $40 USD for all international orders. 
• You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
• Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received.
• Haute Boutik is NOT responsible for addition shipping and/or customs charges incurred by customer when importing goods. 
• If package is returned to Haute Boutik due to unpaid charges, we will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply. 
• If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this to be an error. Please contact your local post office.
