Shipping & Return Policy


Please allow 2-4 business days for shipping and processing boutik orders. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS for a flat rate of $10. You'll receive tracking information on the day that your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

We are not responsible for any merchandise that is lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address.  Please double-check all shipping information prior to submitting your order.  Contact your local courier for any questions concerning missing packages.

 Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.


At Haute Boutik, 100% satisfaction is our goal; however, should you not be satisfied, you have 10 days to return your items to be granted store credit. We do NOT issue refunds or exchanges. All returned will be processed as store credits, and the funds will be available to you to use at your leisure with no expiration.

All accessories, permanently marked down items, and items sold at more than a 25% discount are FINAL SALE and canNOT be returned. 

All sale codes are only valid during the time of the sale. They are not transferable if you'd like to do a return. 

If a customer attempts to return items that are final sale without approval, we will NOT honor the return, issue a credit or refund, nor will the item be returned to the customer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
