Q: Are these your real pictures?

A: Absolutely. We never utilize stock photos and we would definitely NEVER steal pictures from anywhere.

Q: Are you shipping from the United States?

A: Yes. All items are on hand and we ship from North Carolina.

Q: How quick will you ship my items?

A: We strive to ship orders M-F within 24 hours but we give ourselves a grace period of 3 days. We are located and ship from Raleigh, NC. Local pickup is not available unless arranged prior to placing order. See our full shipping policy here.

Q: My order says delivered but I didn't receive my package!

A: Once we ship the order, we are not responsible for lost packages. We are only able to see the same information that's provided to you from the courier. Please file a claim with them.

Q: Do you do refunds or exchanges?

A: No. We do offer hassle free returns for store credit but absolutely no refunds or exchanges. See our full return policy here.

Q: Will you restock this item that I really want?

A: While we’d love to have a surplus of items, we are a small business. If an item is in high demand after selling out, we’ll do our best to restock but it is contingent on the vendor. Please add your email on the product page restock alert to show your interest and get first dibs if the item restocks.

Q: What the heck is Sezzle?!

A: Sezzle is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay later in four equal payments interest free. Shop, as usual, then choose Sezzle at checkout. First time shoppers will need to create an account with Sezzle and returning shoppers will simply log in to make purchase. Read more here.

Q: How do I make changes to my order?

A: If you would like to make a change to an active order, we ask that you contact us via email at: hauteboutik@gmail.com regarding your request. Note that if your item has been fulfilled/shipped, we will be unable to make any changes.
